Vinyl Culture…to a place where time don’t end…
Vinyl is a sacred medium of music. Since 1912, “phonograph records” have dominated the dissemination of music. Although there was a slump beginning in the 1990s, it has remained one of the purest forms of music distribution.
The artists and performers originally recorded to vinyl did not have many frills. Autotune and recorded effects were non-existent. A singer had to sing. A picker had to pick. It was authentic and real.
This blog aims to celebrate those performers, both from the past and current. Only a select number of performers deserve the scared medium of vinyl, while others should remain in their pure digital form. I cannot say who belongs, but one knows when they hear it.
This is Vinyl Culture, where only a few are worthy. Where we travel through music to a place where time doesn’t end.
